Free-range Fowl

This original square painting of bantam chickens is painted in acrylic paint on a stretched canvas.
Sue loves watching chooks scratching around and their individual personalities and pecking order. These hens were a group of chooks that were foraging in front of a weedy patch of shrubs on lush grass at a nursery of animals set up on a hobby farm for children.
The sides of the painting are 4 cm deep and painted in blue black.
The painting is signed l at the back.
There are D rings and a wire – ready for hanging.
