Dotty About Each Other
This small acrylic painting of guinea fowls foraging on a pale stony road is in landscape format and depicts two birds against some dry grasses.
Sue is amazed at the beauty of these birds with their white spotty feathers and their odd shape. She has painted them a few times from photos taken when she lived in Namibia.. In this painting, she primed the canvas and then added moulding paste for texture before painting the canvas entirely with black paint.
The sides of the painting are painted black. It is signed on the back and is wired and ready to be hung.
