Summer and the beach inspired Sue to paint this acrylic scene. Sue enjoys the interaction of people (both young and old) and sand and sea and the colours that summer brings. The people portrayed in this scene are fictional and derive from memories of beach days and happy hours people-watching and people exercising and enjoying the surf. A scene which could be anywhere along the eastern coast of Australia.
Sue has sealed the painting with a matt varnish and painted the sides black. It is wired and ready for hanging. It is signed on the back.
