The games People Play

This original large mixed media painting is a playful albeit busy take on board games and outdoor sport. Sue began painting a castle, taken from photos she had taken at Warwick Castle, England. She painted it in acrylics and developed the painting from there. From a compilation of photos and those drawn from her imagination, she put in figures and games/sporting activities. She cut out and glued images of chess pieces and playing cards and finished the painting with universal medium.
It is a fun creation which would brighten any games or children’s room.
The painting is in landscape format, has blue black sides, is signed on the back and it is ready to hang.
