Sea Wall by Sue Hill. Sue painted this landscape in portrait format in acrylics using a photographic reference to remind her of some of the details after visiting this area in Kingscliff. The scene is of the sea and the rock wall on a windy day with footprints of the sand seen in the foreground. Part of the beach can be seen to the left of a tufty grass patch. There is a lone surfer wading back to shore in the choppy sea with his board. Towards the end of the wall are a few people on the rocks.
Sue primed the canvas in a salmon pink before drawing a few elements in charcoal. The sides are black and it is signed on the back and ready to hang.
