Hawthorn
This acrylic painting is a study of part of a hawthorn bush from Sue’s garden. She set out to paint this shrub on a canvas primed with red paint which shows through in places.
The sides of the painting are black and it is wired both ways so it can be hung either in portrait or landscape format. It is signed on the back.
