This rectangular mixed media abstract developed with no fixed image in mind except that the result be full of colour. Sue glued torn coloured tissue paper on to the canvas and added paint and coloured washes to the surface. Shapes and abstracted images began to surface and were enhanced further by more coloured washes.
The surface has been varnished in a matt medium and the sides are painted black. It is wired so it can be hung in either landscape or portrait format. It is signed on the back.
