Country Barns

This is an original acrylic painting on a square canvas. The subject is taken from various photos of country barns in the Coromandel Valley, which Sue found picturesque whilst being driven in the area at the beginning of 2020. Wherever you look there seems a perfect cameo for painting. Behind the barn are hills with mountains in the far background. The lush grass grows rampantly unless mown by the sheep. The painting is finished in universal varnish and the sides are a deep blue black. It is wired and ready for hanging and is signed on the back of the canvas.
