This small square painting was inspired by the corner barber who operates his salon near to where Sue lives. He is almost a fixture and he has been working there for many years. His busiest time is before school year begins again and boys are sent there for their hair trim before going back for Term 1 at school. Although Sue has never been inside the salon, she images this sort of scene.
The sides are painted black and it is signed on the back. It is wired and ready to hang.
