AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING
Our checkout offers a freight calculator that retrieves the rates and options available from Australia Post to your nominated destination.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details to the email address you specified.
We will attempt to have your artwork packed and sent within five (5) business days; and delivered within fourteen (14) business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally with DHL Express and FedEx. All shipments are fully insured against loss and damage. For all international shipments to selected countries, additional shipping costs will be added to the order summary on the checkout page once you’ve selected the destination country. This cost includes shipping insurance and delivery to door. The receiver will be responsible for the international custom/import fee and taxes which vary with every country.
Please check with your country’s customs offices and consider the additional costs that might be involved.
If your location is not in the list of countries that we ship to, please contact us to make individual arrangements.
INSURANCE
Sue Hill Art recommends insurance on international shipments and can be quoted on by our international carriers.
Insurance can also be arranged by request for domestic shipping. Please contact us to arrange a quote.
